Click "Browse" and select an MS Excel-file or a CSV-file for upload. Then click "Next".




Please note:
  • At the moment, only the first sheet of an Excel-file is supported.
  • You are not allowed to upload files with a size larger than 10MB.
  • Office 2007 files (ending with .xlsx) are not supported yet.
Data submitted by users of the MIRU-VNTRplus service is NOT stored permanently except for new MIRU-VNTR patterns (expanding MLVA MtbC15-9 nomenclature) if explicitly agreed by the user (privacy statement). See our policy.


   


Import works best if the columns in file have defined names. You can download templates for the column names here:
